Food Service

WAB Food Service provides an extensive range of meals from a variety of dining outlets - the Atrium in the Elementary School, the Galleri in the Middle School, and the Link Cafe in the HUB Arts Sports Technology Center.

Menu selections feature a diverse and nutritious range of Western, Chinese and vegetarian meals. WAB Food Service is provided by ARAMARK China and are managed by Alfred Guo. Alfred works closely with the following representatives from the school: Angela Steinmann (Elementary School Principal), Justine Smyth (Elementary School Assistant Principal), Marina Frias-Gavidia (Middle School Principal) and Melanie Vrba (High School Principal).

WAB provides food services to students and staff in each of its school sections as follows:

ES Atrium (Students only)

Morning Break: 10:40am-11:00am

Lunch: 12:00pm-12:20pm (KG and G1) 12:20pm-12:50pm (G2) 12:50pm-11:20pm (G3-G5)

Early Childhood Center (ECC) (Students only)

Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm

MS Galleri

Morning Break 10:05am-10:25am (Wednesday 10:40am -11:00am)

Lunch: 11:40am-12:30pm (Wednesday 12:05pm-1:00pm)


Open all day from 8:00am-4:45pm (except Friday when service closes at 3:30pm)

HS Koi Garden

Lunch: 11:45am-12:30pm (Wednesday 12:05pm-13:00pm)

On request, ARAMARK will also open on weekends providing light meals and snacks for the community during organized activities.

Meal Purchase

Purchases may be made by Smart Card or Cash Card only; no cash is accepted. Both cards will require money to be loaded on to the card.

Smart Cards: The credit value on the Smart card is maintained in the network system, not on the Smart card itself so that if the card is lost, the credit value is retained.

Visitor Cards: Cash Cards require a refundable 30 RMB deposit and should be treated like cash. Visitor Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
